In WebFeat, I read an article written in April of this year about the Queens Zoo. The zoo has appointed Scott Silver as their new director. His mission is to reach more people beyond the nearby neighborhoods and local schools. He has added new animals to the zoo and has opened a new Great Plains exhibit. He is also working on adding a South American jaguar exhibit. It's not going to be the Bronx Zoo but at least people will at least know that there is a Queens Zoo which I never knew there was.
